1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at edgeofai.xyz (the "Site") and any advisory or implementation services ("Services") offered by The Edge of Company, Inc., a Florida corporation ("Edge of AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

3. Services

Edge of AI provides AI advisory, strategy, and implementation services to businesses and individuals. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or engagement letter) entered into between Edge of AI and the client. These Terms apply to the general use of the Site and do not supersede any executed engagement agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of The Edge of Company, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Work product delivered to clients under a signed engagement agreement is governed by the intellectual property provisions of that agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Edge of AI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site — including case studies, statistics, and results — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Edge of Company, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Edge of AI in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
